A Many-Player Game, or Many-Faction Game, is a game where there exist more than two distinct “teams” competing for victory. The teams may have only one player or multiple players, but the central aspect is to have three or more of them. As this style of game carries significant differences to games featuring only one or two factions1, it is given a separate designation.
